“Brad Saugstad and his Terraform Landscaping crew have worked on our landscaping project from its inception (November 2009 to current day). Our project essentially involves a concrete driveway construction portion and a landscaping portion on approximately a 1 acre lot.

Brad is responsible for the landscaping portion which included grading, lighting, drainage, irrigation and all other retaining wall and stairway construction all to the exacting standards of our landscape architect who we have retained throughout the project to check his standards have been met.

The logistical complexity of certain aspects of our project has meant that Brad has had to work closely with the general contractor, the concrete driveway crews as well as the landscape architect. Early on it became clear that Brad had a great understanding of all aspects of construction and not simply just the landscaping and therefore found himself and his crew being used for other site preparatory work to help with the driveway construction. This has meant that Terraform have been onsite for almost the entire project to date and understands the big picture as well as all the “nuances”.

We have observed that Brad is quick to explore options where questions have arisen. Furthermore he is happy to speak up in site meetings and suggest areas where we can save time and money without altering the overall vision.

With respect to budget estimates, Brad is on course to bring the original landscaping work in very close to the budgeted figure and certainly within a very acceptable contingency margin given the scope of our project.

Brad would be a tremendous asset for your project and has our highest recommendation.”
